At MEHR MUSE, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to assist with an eligible exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, washing, alterations, or other signs of use
  • Be returned with its original packaging, where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Exchange or Store Credit

MEHR MUSE currently offers exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.

Cash refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

If you choose store credit, the eligible value of the returned item will be issued as store credit after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Store credit can be used toward a future purchase from MEHR MUSE and is subject to any applicable terms communicated when it is issued.

3. Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • A different item from what you ordered
  • A damaged item
  • An item with a verified manufacturing defect

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing the case, MEHR MUSE will determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request an eligible exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets all return conditions.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags attached.

5. Sale Items

All sale items are final sale.

Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Any product specifically marked as a sale, clearance, or promotional item is considered final sale unless otherwise stated by MEHR MUSE.

6. Size & Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing the available size information before placing an order.

We recommend carefully checking our size guide and product measurements before purchasing.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact MEHR MUSE before placing your order.

An exchange due to incorrect size selection is subject to the eligibility requirements of this policy.

7. Return Shipping

For eligible exchanges or store-credit requests, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to MEHR MUSE.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning an item, as MEHR MUSE cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping arranged by the customer.

For an item that is confirmed to have been sent incorrectly or has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us before returning the item so we can provide you with the appropriate instructions.

8. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange or store credit, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The reason for your request
  • Clear photographs or videos where relevant

9. Inspection

All returned items are inspected once received.

If the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, MEHR MUSE reserves the right to decline the exchange or store-credit request.

Once your returned item has been received and approved, we will process your eligible exchange or store credit.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item selected and courier service.

MEHR MUSE may update this Return & Exchange Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
